Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Kingdom welcomed 25 international startups through its Global Startup Attraction Program, a joint effort by the Ministry of Investment and the Research, Development, and Innovation Authority (RDI).

The initiative is part of the Kingdom’s broader push to boost private sector participation in RDI and support economic diversification.

The selected companies hail from 12 countries, including the U.S., Germany, France, and the UAE, and span strategic sectors such as future health, sustainability, education, and energy. Notably, 13 of the firms specialize in future health solutions.

The program aims to generate over SR25 billion in market value and create more than 7,000 high-skilled jobs by 2030. It also expects at least three of the participating companies to achieve unicorn status.

Among the startups joining are Stargate Hydrogen, SecureOneLabs, Aitonomi, NovaLunas, and Deepdrill AG. The authority said the move supports national goals to enhance innovation capacity and strengthen R&D in the private sector.
