Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: WaffarX, Egypt’s leading cashback fintech platform, announced a strategic partnership with DGTERA, a provider of smart retail and restaurant solutions.
As per a recent press release, the collaboration aims to integrate WaffarX’s cashback technology directly into DGTERA’s point-of-sale systems used by food and beverage businesses in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
This move will allow end customers to earn instant cashback rewards at the point of purchase while helping F&B merchants improve customer loyalty and operational efficiency. DGTERA currently supports over 1,400 merchants and 6,000 active POS systems in Saudi Arabia, offering a strong launchpad for the partnership’s regional reach.
