
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Investment, Khalid Al-Falih, will head the Kingdom’s delegation at the UK-Saudi Investment & Partnership Summit, scheduled for June 11 at Mansion House in the City of London.
The summit, organized by the Saudi British Joint Business Council (SBJBC UK) and hosted by the City of London Corporation, will gather more than 400 senior policymakers, investors, and business leaders from both nations. The event aims to boost bilateral investment and strengthen strategic partnerships.
A key highlight of the summit will be a Ministerial Fireside Conversation between Al-Falih and Baroness Poppy Gustafsson, UK Minister for Investment. The session will focus on the growing alignment between Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the UK’s Invest 2035 industrial strategy. Opening remarks will be delivered by the co-chairs of SBJBC and Alderman Alastair King, Lord Mayor of London.
The summit agenda includes discussions on public-private partnerships, infrastructure financing, venture capital growth, and innovation in frontier sectors such as deeptech, clean energy, and space. The event is designed to promote cross-border deal-making and support long-term economic diversification efforts in both countries.
