Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: iSchool, the leading K-12 and coding education platform based in Egypt, acquired SEEDS, the education technology (EdTech) division of Egyptian-Saudi software powerhouse Algoriza, to deepen its presence in Saudi Arabia and scale its corporate education initiatives.

In a recent statement, iSchool revealed that the acquisition will accelerate its rapid growth trajectory in Saudi Arabia by giving it immediate access to SEEDS’ operational base, educational partnerships, and a growing student footprint across several regions in the Kingdom.

Together, iSchool and SEEDS plan to expand national school partnerships, deepen bilingual curriculum development, and roll out high-impact programs across both public and private education channels in Saudi Arabia.

This partnership will also enable iSchool to accelerate its expansion into one of the region’s most promising frontiers: AI and coding upskilling for employees’ children as a corporate HR benefit.

Muhammad Gawish, Co-Founder and CEO of iSchool, said: “SEEDS brings incredible local momentum, and together we’re able to unlock national impact at scale. This also gives us the infrastructure to launch a new category: teaching AI and coding to the children of the workforce.”

With over 131,000 graduates across more than 20 countries, iSchool delivers live one-to-one and group-based classes in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, game development, and UI/UX design.

Mohamed Aldmohy, Co-Founder and CEO of Algoriza, commented: “Joining iSchool is a natural evolution of our vision. We’ve always believed that AI education must start early, and this partnership allows us to drive that belief across a much larger canvas, while also creating new value for employers and educators alike.”

The acquisition of SEEDS positions iSchool to play a central role in delivering future-ready skills to both classrooms and corporate communities, bridging the gap between education and innovation for the region’s next generation.
