Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Strategy, the US company known for its large Bitcoin treasury and AI-powered enterprise analytics software, has launched operations in Saudi Arabia with a new office in Riyadh.
The entry, facilitated by Gulf expansion platform AstroLabs, positions Strategy to capitalize on the Kingdom’s fast-growing IT sector, valued at $48.6 billion in 2024 after posting a 7.5 percent five-year CAGR, according to a recent press release.
The firm marked the opening with a launch event at the JW Marriott Riyadh, underscoring its intent to deepen ties with Saudi businesses and support the Vision 2030 push for a digital-first economy. Strategy already serves more than 4,000 global clients—including Pfizer, Sony, and Visa—and plans to replicate that reach locally by offering cloud‑native analytics, AI-driven data tools, and guidance on digital‑asset adoption.
General manager Atul Kaul said a physical presence in Riyadh would let the company match the pace of Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation and stay close to key partners. AstroLabs expansion director Alex Nicholls added that Strategy’s expertise in analytics and blockchain would help local organizations build resilience and innovate.
