Doha - Sharikat Mubasher: ShipBee, an innovative AI-powered one-stop-shop digital logistics marketplace based in Qatar, secured $500,000 in a seed funding round from GrowthX Capital, the investment firm led by Hamad Al-Hajri.
In a recent statement, the company announced it will use the new investment to develop its technical infrastructure, scale its team, and deploy innovative AI solutions to improve the platform’s efficiency and enhance users' experience.
This round represents a significant milestone in ShipBee’s vision of simplifying logistics through cutting-edge technology.
Al-Hajri emphasized that the investment reflects GrowthX Capital’s confidence in ShipBee’s ability to deliver innovative solutions that support logistics sustainability in all circumstances.
Founded in 2024 by Tamer Raafat and Amer Azani, ShipBee offers a one-stop platform for both local and international logistics, including a marketplace, user and driver apps, and SaaS solutions for businesses managing shipping operations.
With a clear vision to build a smart logistics ecosystem in Qatar and MENA using AI and new technologies, ShipBee has rapidly gained traction, securing partnerships with industry leaders such as Snoonu, Qatar Post, DHL, NEXX, and many local service providers and retail businesses.
In June 2025, ShipBee successfully closed a $235,000 pre-Seed round from GrowthX Capital and other angel investors to improve its AI capabilities.
