Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: e& UAE, a leading telecommunication and technology provider in the region, announced its partnership with Core42, a G42 company specializing in sovereign cloud, AI infrastructure, and digital services, to deliver Sovereign AI Compute to organizations across the UAE and worldwide.

The collaboration will grant organizations immediate, secure access to in-country AI infrastructure for faster deployment of AI applications and use cases, according to the official statement released today.

Combining Core42’s Sovereign AI Cloud with e& UAE’s national-scale digital infrastructure, secure connectivity, local customer relationships, and professional services, the partnership aims to create a fully integrated platform that enables organizations to move from AI strategy to production deployment under a unified commercial and operational framework.

The service is expected to keep sensitive workloads and data within the UAE while giving customers a practical, accelerated path to build, train, fine-tune, infer, and deploy AI at scale.

Esam Mahmoud, Senior Vice President for SMB Sales and Marketing at e& UAE, said: “Through our collaboration with Core42, we are enabling UAE enterprises and government entities a simpler, faster and more secure way to access sovereign GPU infrastructure, connect their data and operationalize AI at scale. This directly supports the UAE’s vision to build an AI-native economy and advance the national agentic AI agenda by enabling organizations to deploy intelligent systems that can analyze, decide and act with greater speed and confidence.”

For his part, Jaafar Al Hashmi, VP of Government Relations and Market Development at Core42, stated that the partnership with e& UAE extends sovereign AI from foundational infrastructure into an operational capability, integrating compute, connectivity, and implementation into a single framework built for deployment.

Sovereign AI Compute supports a broad range of workloads, providing immediate access to Core42’s heterogeneous accelerators and is supported by expert implementation services through Core42 Delivery Services. e& UAE complements this with dedicated, carrier-grade, high-bandwidth connectivity that securely links enterprise environments directly to sovereign GPU infrastructure.
