Kuwait City – Sharikat Mubasher: theQA, Kuwait’s first AI-powered consumer research platform, announced it has closed a $550,000 pre-seed funding round backed by a Kuwaiti family office and strategic angel investors to support its expansion in the local market, according to a recent press release.
Launched in April 2025, the platform enables businesses, agencies, and researchers to design surveys, reach targeted audiences, and gather consumer insights. Its AI-assisted tools help users turn research briefs into questionnaires and conduct studies on consumer preferences, brand perceptions, and new product concepts.
TheQA has grown its verified panel to more than 20,000 members since launch, while its revenue has increased every quarter in 2026, nearly doubling since January.
On this occasion, Ahmad Al-Ebrahim, Co-Founder and CEO of theQA, said the investment would help the company strengthen its capabilities and make consumer research more accessible to businesses across Kuwait.
Meanwhile, Hussain Al-Nashabah, Co-Founder and CTO, added that the funding would support platform improvements and new features designed to simplify research and help businesses translate consumer feedback into actionable decisions.
