Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Economy and Planning (MEP) added new indicators to Data Saudi as part of its commitment to establish the platform as a top destination for socioeconomic data related to the Kingdom.
In a statement, the MEP said that Data Saudi includes official data about the Kingdom’s international economic interactions with over 180 countries.
The new indicators provide a detailed breakdown of the Kingdom’s foreign trade with each country, including overall commodity exports and imports in terms of products, value, trends, and trade balance.
Data Saudi also comprises 19 new indicators for the Kingdom’s regions, featuring advanced user interface (UI) to boost user experience.
Driven by its dedication to creating a platform for the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding economy, the ministry monitors and compiles the latest economic and social data from reliable sources, showcasing it through interactive visuals on Data Saudi.
This approach ensures that all researchers and members of the public and private sectors gain a robust understanding of Saudi Arabia’s economy, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.
The Data Saudi platform aims to facilitate access to economic, social, and sectoral data, advancing transparency about the Kingdom's economy in conjunction with Vision 2030.
