Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: NHC Innovation and BytePlus signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop advanced artificial intelligence (AI) solutions aimed at enhancing real estate and municipal platforms and services across Saudi Arabia.
Under the agreement, both entities will collaborate on designing AI-powered applications and smart city solutions to improve housing, municipal, and regulatory services, increase operational efficiency, and enhance user experience, as per a recent press release.
The partnership also includes developing AI systems for language and image analysis and creating a smart digital assistant to help users access real estate and municipal services more efficiently.
Rayan Alaql, CEO of NHC Innovation, said the partnership marks a milestone in advancing innovation and smart transformation in the Kingdom, leveraging AI to improve the quality of life and operational efficiency in key sectors. Long Li, General Manager for the Middle East and Africa at BytePlus, highlighted that the collaboration combines BytePlus’ expertise in AI and data analytics with NHC Innovation’s leadership in smart city development.
