Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Business ties between Saudi Arabia and Egypt have grown significantly in recent years, reflecting the strong partnership between both countries that spans various sectors, notably real estate.
Taking another stride to solidify these ties, an Egyptian mission encompassing 25 real estate companies and advisory offices is gearing up to visit Saudi Arabia next November to explore new investment opportunities in the sector, Fathallah Fawzi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA), announced during the opening conference of the 13th edition of Cityscape Egypt.
This visit will be organized on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global conference that is scheduled to take place in Riyadh from 11 to 14 November, with the participation of more than 400 exhibitors and over 200 institutional investors.
Fawzi, who is also the Chairman of MENA for Real Estate Development Consultancy, noted that the mission sets sights on exploring potential opportunities to expand in the Saudi promising real estate sector.
It should be noted that key Egyptian real estate developers, such as Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) and Palm Hills, shifted their investments to the Saudi sector, leveraging the supporting investment environment that the Kingdom provides and capitalizing on the significant growth in the Saudi real estate market.
