Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Banan City, co-launched by the Saudi National Housing Company (NHC) and the Egyptian real estate developer Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), recorded reservations worth SAR 2 billion for 1,706 units in seven days, a recent statement by TMG announced.
Over a total space of 10 million square meters, this smart residential city will be located in the suburb of Al-Fursan in Riyadh and will encompass around 27,000 units of different sizes and designs that suit a wide segment of customers, providing an exceptional experience for more than 120,000 residents.
It will feature the latest smart city technologies and apply the highest sustainability standards to ensure residential privacy.
Further, this multi-use city will encompass health, education, and commercial services, in addition to a social sports club, to ensure a vibrant community and a new model of integrated life, in conjunction with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
