Doha – Sharikat Mubasher: Qatar Science & Technology Park (QSTP), a member of Qatar Foundation, announced it has partnered with Microsoft to provide eligible startups with cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, technical expertise, and commercial support through the Microsoft for Startups program.

According to a recent press release, QSTP has nominated 105 startups for the program, with 47 currently active, up from 32 in August, reflecting growing participation across Qatar’s innovation ecosystem.

Through the collaboration, approved startups can access up to $100,000 in Microsoft Azure credits, with the potential to reach $200,000 over two years based on usage. The package also includes Azure AI services, GitHub Enterprise, Visual Studio Enterprise, technical support from Microsoft engineers, and resources to help startups reach customers and investors.

On this occasion, Ahmed Al-Said, Business Development Director at QSTP, said the partnership would provide founders with cloud and AI capabilities, technical guidance, and global market access to help them scale their businesses.

Meanwhile, Ahmad El Dandachi, General Manager of Microsoft Qatar, said the collaboration aims to help local startups turn ideas into scalable solutions and support Qatar’s innovation-driven economy.
