Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Omar Sameh, Senior Sales Account Manager at the Integrated Technology Software Solutions Company (ITSS) told Sharikat Mubasher that the company provides its tech solutions for businesses working in over 12 sectors inside the Saudi Kingdom.
These sectors include retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, car rentals, and food & beverages, in addition to developing mobile apps, websites, cloud services, and others.
The official made these statements on the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 Conference, which kicked off yesterday in Riyadh City and runs from 22 to 24 October.
Sameh added that ITSS assists companies in their digital transformation journey. It implements customized operation systems (OS) for companies to ensure it fully meet the needs of their users. Moreover, the company offers training to the company’s employees on the OS, in addition to providing the technical support required after delivering projects.
He clarified that ITSS adopts the ‘Agile Methodology’ that divides any project into smaller milestones so that the team can solve any issues that might arise at any stage. The company meets with the client and conducts comprehensive studies on his projects, then the extracted data are saved into A software requirements specification (SRS) file, upon which the company builds up the pillars of the project.
Sameh pointed out that the most challenging event the company faces is when the employees of a business show resistance to change and adopt modern technologies, however, the company overcomes this by providing exhaustive training for them to be able to deal with the new OS.
