Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi-based RedBox, a leading provider of smart parcel locker services, served more than 2 two million customers so far, with aspirations to increase this number within the upcoming period, National Sales Manager Ali Muhiedat told Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024.
He noted that the company successfully increased its RedBox Points to 1,100, compared to 550 points in 2023, driven by its mission to cover all cities and regions across Saudi Arabia and keep pace with the growing number of customers using RedBox Points.
Sharing more about the company’s expansion plans, Muhiedat revealed that RedBox is poised to tap into new markets in the UAE and other GCC countries in the near future.
The CEO further clarified that RedBox enables customers to receive packages whenever they want swiftly and at affordable prices, compared to other door-to-door delivery providers.
Founded in 2019, Redbox has the largest parcel locker network in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region that allows customers to collect, send, or return parcels 24/7. It offers a wide range of services that cater to the different needs of individuals and businesses alike.
Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 took place in Riyadh from 22 to 24 October, bringing together industry leaders, decision-makers, SMEs, startups, and government representatives from around the world.
