Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) is set to organize the Import and Export Week from 8 to 12 December in SME Support Centers located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al Khobar.

In a statement, the authority revealed that several enablers from the public and private sectors will participate in the event, including the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, the Saudi Exports Development Authority, Saudi Export-Import Bank (EXIM Bank), Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO), the Saudi Ports Authority, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon), and others.

The Import and Export Week aims to raise entrepreneurs’ awareness of available investment opportunities in the sector by showcasing services and programs provided by public, private, and financing entities to foster small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the sector.

Throughout the week, Monsha’at Support Centers will hold various in-person and virtual sessions and workshops with the participation of several senior officials, and provide consultancies to promote the entrance of SMEs and entrepreneurs to the export and import sector.
