Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 364 new industrial licenses in June, with estimated investments of SAR 4.46 billion. The new licenses are expected to create jobs for 3,138 workers across the Kingdom.

According to the latest report released by the National Industrial and Mining Information Center at the ministry, 164 factories started production in June, with investments of SAR 1.88 billion, providing 2,567 new jobs.

This brings the total number of existing factories in the Kingdom to 14,228 in June, up from 13,870 in the previous month.

These figures reflect the expansion in the Kingdom’s industrial base and the rising pace of factories entering production, underscoring the sector’s role as a key driver of economic diversification and job creation under Vision 2030.
