Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Cnyrgy Capital, a leading private equity and consulting services company, plans to bring its brands into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to expand its business in the region, Chief Executive Officer Shafik Mina told Sharikat Mubasher.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Saudi Franchise Expo 2025, Mina stated that the region offers “significant opportunities” for development.
He explained that Cnyrgy Capital specializes in transforming companies into franchisors by offering essential services or directly investing in them to fuel their global expansion.
Mina stated that Cnyrgy Capital forged key partnerships, including one with Mad Science Group, a global leader in STEM education operating in 22 countries with 165 branches. Mad Science collaborated with NASA to provide hands-on science experiences for children and partnered with Crayola to establish the Crayola Imagine Arts Academy, which promotes empathy and creativity through workshops, after-school programs, and camps.
Additionally, Mina unveiled that Cnyrgy Capital holds a stake in Pearce Bespoke Franchising, a leader in mobile custom clothing services with 50 locations worldwide.
The Saudi Franchise Expo 2025 partook in Riyadh from 27 to 29 January, serving as a dynamic platform for entrepreneurs and investors to enter the world of franchising, giving them the chance to meet and network with leading franchisors and discover the latest investment opportunities across various sectors.
It featured a comprehensive educational program, including workshops and training seminars covering all aspects of franchising.
