Riyadh –Sharikat Mubasher: Elm, a leader in digital solutions, has announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lean Business Services, a leading company in fostering and enabling innovation in the healthcare sector.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Elm's participation in LEAP 2025, according to a press release. This MoU reflects Elm's commitment to strengthening collaboration with Saudi companies and providing cutting-edge digital solutions that accelerate growth, enhance competitiveness, and align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals for advancing the digital economy and supporting technological transformation across various sectors.
The MoU was signed by Mohammad Alomair, CEO of Elm, and Mohanned Alrasheed, CEO of Lean Business Services. It aims to support the healthcare sector and related economic sectors in Saudi Arabia by offering a wide range of electronic services and products.
The agreement focuses on two main areas of collaboration. The first involves unlocking the potential of existing products by researching and developing joint services to improve efficiency and maximize benefits. The second aims to explore new opportunities by developing innovative joint products that support the healthcare system and other economic sectors, fostering integration and sustainable development.
This MoU is part of Elm’s commitment to expanding its presence and reinforcing its leadership in digital solutions. It aligns with the company’s 2025-2028 strategy, which aims to support innovation in the tech sector and actively contribute to Saudi Arabia's digital transformation and economic progress.
