40 شركة هندية عالمية تفتتح مكاتبها في السعودية

أكثر من 40 شركة هندية عالمية دشنت مكاتب ومقار لها في المملكة العربية السعودية في عدة قطاعات

الرياض- شركات مباشر: كشف عبدالعزيز القحطاني، رئيس مجلس الأعمال السعودي الهندي، عن أن أكثر من 40 شركة هندية عالمية دشنت مكاتب ومقار لها في المملكة، تشمل مصانع متخصصة في إنتاج السيارات والحافلات.

وأضاف القحطاني أنه هذه الشركات تستعد في المرحلة المقبلة لافتتاح منشآت صناعية في قطاع الصناعات الدفاعية، ضمن توجه سعودي لتوسيع الشراكات الدولية وتنويع الاقتصاد الوطني، بحسب صحيفة "الاقتصادية".

وتأتي هذه التصريحات قبيل زيارة مرتقبة لرئيس الوزراء الهندي ناريندرا مودي إلى السعودية، تستمر لمدة يومين، يلتقي خلالها الأمير محمد بن سلمان، ولي العهد ورئيس مجلس الوزراء. وتأتي الزيارة في إطار تعزيز التعاون الاستراتيجي بين البلدين، لا سيما في مجالات التقنيات الدفاعية والاستثمارات المتعددة.

وأوضح القحطاني أن حجم الاستثمارات السعودية في الهند يُقدّر بنحو 10 مليارات دولار، حيث يملك صندوق الاستثمارات العامة حصصًا مهمة في عدد من الشركات الهندية الكبرى، من بينها "ريليانس جيو بلاتفورمز"، و"ريليانس ريتايل"، وسلسلة فنادق "أويو"، إلى جانب شركات في مجالات التقنية الصحية.

وأشار القحطاني إلى أن الهند استوردت خلال العام الماضي نحو 14% من صادرات النفط السعودي، و18% من الغاز الطبيعي المسال، في وقت تشهد فيه قطاعات متعددة نموًا ملحوظًا في التبادل التجاري بين البلدين، أبرزها الصناعات الكيماوية، والإنشاءات، والمقاولات، وخدمات التدريب الصحي، وتقنية المعلومات.

ويُقدّر حجم التبادل التجاري بين السعودية والهند بنحو 42 مليار دولار، تشمل صادرات هندية إلى المملكة بقيمة 11 مليار دولار تتضمن منتجات هندسية، وأرز، ومشتقات نفطية، ومواد كيماوية وغذائية وطبية، ومنسوجات. فيما تبلغ قيمة الصادرات السعودية إلى الهند نحو 31 مليار دولار، وتضم النفط الخام، والغاز الطبيعي المسال، والأسمدة، والكيماويات، والمنتجات البلاستيكية.

وأكد القحطاني أن مجلس الأعمال السعودي الهندي يعمل على دعم استقطاب الاستثمارات الهندية إلى السوق السعودية، والترويج للفرص الاستثمارية في الهند، مع التركيز على نقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا في مجالات متعددة مثل الفضاء والدفاع، إلى جانب تعزيز التعاون في التعليم والتدريب، والسياحة والترفيه، والقطاع الصحي وصناعة الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية، فضلاً عن دعم التكامل في قطاع الخدمات اللوجستية.

Saudi Flow Guard wins $1mn grand prize at 2026 Hult Prize competition
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Flow Guard Solutions, a Saudi startup specializing in smart leak detection and water consumption monitoring systems, won the 2026 Hult Prize competition and its $1 million grand prize.Before winning the international competition, Flow Guard and its founders represented King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) at the Hult Prize Saudi Arabia National Competition, which was established and supported by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) and Arweqah Alreyadah, according to the official statement released by KAUST.The team subsequently joined the Hult Prize Virtual Accelerator, competing among 90 ventures from around the world. After completing the accelerator, Flow Guard was selected as one of the top 21 global teams invited to the Hult Prize Global Accelerator at Ashridge House in the United Kingdom. The program concluded with the Hult Prize Global Finals, with only eight of the 21 accelerator teams selected to pitch before the final judging panel, including Flow Guard.The 2026 Hult Prize attracted approximately 18,000 teams representing more than 220 universities worldwide, with 40 national competitions conducted across 40 countries.Founded by Mohammed Ahmed and Omar Khalifa, Flow Guard is one of the ventures that emerged from the inaugural cohort of KAUST’s Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship (TIE) program.
