Cairo – Sharikat Mubasher: Fawry, Egypt’s foremost fintech provider, announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to integrate Microsoft 365 and Copilot into its Fawry Business suite, creating a unified platform of productivity and financial services tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Under the partnership, Fawry will embed Microsoft 365’s core applications—Word, Excel, Teams—and the AI-powered Copilot assistant alongside its payroll management, medical insurance, point-of-sale transactions, cash-collection services, and investment offerings via the Fawry Yawmy Fund, according to a press release.
Microsoft Egypt will train Fawry’s sales force on both the productivity suite and Copilot capabilities, ensuring they can effectively introduce and support the bundled solutions to SME clients.
Implementation partner KlayyTech will oversee the technical deployment, manage integration, and provide ongoing support so that businesses can seamlessly adopt these tools with minimal disruption.
