Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: JRNY, in collaboration with Meta Spaces, is launching a PropTech Enablement Program targeting Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

The initiative aims to drive regional growth and innovation in the real estate sector by facilitating cross-border knowledge exchange and integration across the Egyptian and Saudi PropTech ecosystems, as per a recent press release.

The program brings together key players across the real estate value chain, including developers, construction firms, and engineering consultancies, with emerging PropTech startups, venture capital funds, and angel investors. It also opens channels of dialogue with government bodies to address regulatory needs and future ecosystem development.

The first milestone of the program is the PropTech Gathering, set to take place in Nuweiba from 28 to 31 May. The event will connect startups, investors, enablers, and experts from both countries in a shared learning experience aimed at sparking real change in the industry.
