"حسن علام" تستحوذ على شركة تابعة لـ"أكوا باور" في مصر

القاهرة - شركات مباشر: وافق جهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية على صفقة استحواذ شركة "حسن علام" من خلال شركتها التابعة "حسن علام للمرافق"، على نسبة 30% من أسهم شركة "أكوا باور لوكسور"، التابعة لشركة "أكوا باور" في مصر، بحسب بيان الجهاز.

تُعد شركة "حسن علام للمرافق"، الذراع الاستثماري والتطويري لمجموعة حسن علام القابضة، وتعمل في مجالات توليد الكهرباء، وتحلية المياه، والبنية التحتية والخدمات اللوجستية، إلى جانب أنشطة مرتبطة بقطاعي الهندسة والإنشاءات.

تمثل شركة "أكوا باور لوكسور" إحدى الشركات التابعة لمجموعة "أكوا باور"، السعودية، وتُركّز على توليد الكهرباء بالجملة وتشغيل وصيانة محطات الطاقة.

SIC, Investindustrial join efforts to accelerate industrial investments in Saudi Arabia
