Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: New Murabba, a Public Investment Fund (PIF) company, signed a memorandum of understanding with Heerim Architects & Planners to explore bold and innovative architectural concepts for the Kingdom’s flagship urban destination.
The MoU, signed in Seoul by Michael Dyke, New Murabba CEO, and Young Kyoon Jeong, Heerim Chairman and CEO, aims to enhance key elements of the master plan—including anchor assets, linear parks, and smart city features—through distinctive architectural overlays, as per a recent press release.
Heerim, known for its work on major urban and cultural developments across Asia and the Middle East, will bring its global expertise to the Riyadh-based project.
Commenting on the partnership, Dyke said the collaboration aligns with New Murabba’s mission to create a destination that blends innovation, sustainability, and design excellence, helping realize the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
New Murabba spans 141.1 square kilometers and includes The Mukaab, a futuristic mixed-use landmark that anchors the development and reflects Saudi Arabia’s ambition to redefine urban living.
