Facility adds modern storage capacity near Jeddah Islamic Port

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saleh Al-Jasser, Saudi Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, inaugurated the SAR 611 million Agility Logistics Park in Jeddah on Sunday, marking one of the latest major private-sector investments aimed at supporting the Kingdom’s growing logistics ecosystem.

Developed by Agility Logistics Parks, the complex spans 576,760 square meters and includes six Grade-A warehouses built to international standards to serve sectors such as retail, consumer goods, technology, automotive, energy, and e-commerce, according to a recent press release.

Al-Jasser said the steady inflow of both local and international investment reflects the strong growth and attractiveness of Saudi Arabia’s logistics and supply chain sector. He attributed the momentum to structural reforms, expanding operations, and extensive infrastructure development supported by the Saudi leadership.

Tarek Sultan, Agility Chairman, said the Jeddah facility reinforces the company’s long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia and supports national efforts to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience. He noted the park’s strategic location near Jeddah Islamic Port and its readiness to support future digital infrastructure, including data centers.

Michel Saab, Agility Logistics Parks CEO, said the new facility is designed to meet rising demand across the western trade corridor, driven by industrial growth and the rapid expansion of e-commerce.

Agility currently operates logistics parks in Riyadh and Dammam, with an ongoing expansion in the capital adding 100,000 square meters of new Grade-A warehousing.
