Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Mountain View Saudi Arabia announced the launch of its second residential development in Riyadh, unveiled on the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2025.
As per the company’s press release, the new project, “Hayat,” is being developed in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) with total investments exceeding $600 million.
The project is located in the Al-Fursan district in northeast Riyadh, close to King Khalid International Airport and Princess Nourah University. It spans a land area of roughly 932,000 square meters, within a wider district covering more than 35 million square meters.
Hayat will include around 1,700 villas across four layout models, with unit sizes ranging from 244 to 387 square meters. The development is designed to offer modern housing options and aims to expand the supply of residential units in one of Riyadh’s fastest-growing districts.
Hayat is the latest addition to Mountain View’s portfolio in Saudi Arabia, joining a pipeline of residential projects the company is developing across the Kingdom.
