
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Red Sea International (RSI) signed a SAR202.8 million ($54 million) contract with Italy’s Webuild to deliver integrated facilities management services for NEOM’s Trojena project, according to a Tadawul filing issued on 23 December.
The two-year agreement covers the operation and maintenance of both main and secondary camps supporting Webuild’s work on the Trojena Dam, in line with NEOM’s worker welfare standards and applicable Saudi regulations.
The scope includes comprehensive facilities management services spanning accommodation and cleaning, catering and food services, security and access control, IT and communications, and full facilities maintenance.
Red Sea International said the contract also covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works, alongside road and landscaping systems. Additional services include waste management and recycling, recreational facilities, utilities such as water, electricity, sewage and gas, as well as fire safety, emergency response, administrative support and help desk operations.
