
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: AviLease, the Saudi aircraft lessor owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), is projected to add SAR 11.25 billion to the country's cumulative gross domestic product (GDP) and create 11,400 direct and indirect jobs by 2030.
With 92 owned and managed aircraft, AviLease plays a pivotal role in enabling fleets to scale up to meet international demand, attracting global capital into the Saudi transportation and aerospace sectors, the PIF stated in a recent statement.
Owning a portfolio of the latest generation, environmentally friendly aircraft, on lease to commercial airlines, AviLease is contributing to resharpening Saudi Arabia’s competitive edge in aviation.
In June 2025, AviLease ordered up to 77 Airbus aircraft to deliver the newest generation, fuel‑efficient fleet solutions to its global customer base, in both passenger and cargo segments.
