Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: HUMAIN aims to position Saudi Arabia as the world’s largest exporter of artificial intelligence, according to Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN.
Speaking during a panel discussion at the Public Investment Fund–Private Sector Forum, Amin said the company’s strategy goes beyond serving the local market, with ambitions to build HUMAIN into a globally leading and specialized AI company.
He explained that Saudi Arabia’s data centers are not limited to meeting domestic demand, noting that international clients, including Amazon, already use these facilities.
Amin added that the Kingdom has a strong competitive advantage to lead the global AI sector, driven mainly by the availability and reliability of energy resources. He stressed that energy is a critical factor in operating large-scale data centers and supporting the development of advanced AI models.
The remarks highlight Saudi Arabia’s growing role in the global artificial intelligence ecosystem, as the Kingdom continues to invest heavily in digital infrastructure and advanced technologies.
