EY KSA, Microsoft to explore new consulting opportunities in Saudi Arabia

The two firms plan to deliver AI-driven consulting and customer experience solutions across Saudi Arabia

Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: EY KSA and Microsoft Arabia are considering an expanded collaboration to deliver consulting services and technology-driven solutions for organizations across Saudi Arabia, building on their long-standing global relationship. As per a recent press release, the planned collaboration will center on EY Studio+, EY’s customer-first growth and transformation offering, which brings together capabilities across design, sales, marketing, and customer experience. The initiative aims to help Saudi-based businesses rethink customer journeys and accelerate growth in an increasingly AI-driven economy by combining EY’s industry expertise with Microsoft’s advanced cloud and AI technologies.

Under the collaboration, EY KSA and Microsoft Arabia plan to jointly pursue consulting opportunities in the Kingdom, while also developing thought leadership and methodologies focused on experience design and innovation. The two organizations will additionally participate in industry forums and exhibitions in Saudi Arabia to showcase their combined capabilities.

Omar Odeh, EY MENA Consulting Leader, said the collaboration builds on a proven relationship and is designed to help businesses respond to rapidly changing market demands. He noted that the aim is to create strong value propositions that enable clients to compete more effectively while supporting the Kingdom’s economic growth ambitions.

Meanwhile, Maha Albrahim, Vice President of Enterprise Partner Solutions at Microsoft Arabia, said the initiative brings together Microsoft’s AI and cloud technologies with EY’s design-led approach to help organizations accelerate digital transformation and create more human-centered, future-ready experiences.

For his part, Alfonso Gutierrez, EY MENA Microsoft Alliance Leader, said the collaboration reflects a shared focus on turning ambitious strategies into real-world outcomes, offering secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions that transform how businesses engage customers and drive growth.

EDGE Finance receives SAMA license to operate in Saudi financing market
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based financing firm EDGE Finance Company announced it has obtained an official license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to provide consumer financing and financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Kingdom.The announcement was shared by the company on LinkedIn, describing the license as a new step toward expanding its role in Saudi Arabia’s financial services sector. The company said the approval reflects its commitment to supporting financial inclusion and strengthening the flexibility of financial transactions in the Kingdom.With the license, EDGE Finance will be able to offer a range of financing solutions aimed at individuals and SMEs, sectors that play a key role in Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The firm indicated that it aims to deliver innovative financial products designed to meet the evolving needs of customers while aligning with the goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.EDGE Finance also noted that it seeks to become an active contributor to the Kingdom’s national financing ecosystem by supporting businesses and entrepreneurs with tailored financial solutions. The company said it plans to focus on providing flexible and accessible financing services that help clients grow while enhancing overall financial accessibility in the Saudi market.
