Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi Aramco’s VC arm Prosperity7 Ventures participated in a $19.3 million funding round for U.S.-based artificial intelligence company NeuBird, which develops agentic AI solutions for IT operations.
As per a recent press release, this round was led by Xora Innovation and included participation from existing investors Mayfield Fund, StepStone Group, and M12.The company plans to use the new funding to accelerate product innovation, expand globally, and broaden adoption among DevOps teams, site reliability engineers (SRE), and IT operations teams managing complex multi-cloud infrastructure.
NeuBird focuses on applying agentic AI to IT operations to address the growing shortage of technical talent needed to manage modern digital infrastructure. The company’s technology simplifies the analysis of complex operational data and delivers real-time insights that help enterprises respond more quickly to system issues and improve operational efficiency.
According to the 2026 State of Production Reliability and AI Adoption report, engineers spend an average of 40% of their time managing technical incidents rather than developing new systems. NeuBird’s platform is designed to reduce this burden by automating analysis and response processes.
Since launching its product in December 2024, the company has moved from proof-of-concept to full production deployment across a growing enterprise client base. NeuBird said its customers have processed more than one million alerts using its platform, saving over $2 million in engineering labor costs and reducing average incident resolution time by up to 90%.
