
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) signed a strategic cooperation document with the Moscow Complex for Industrial and Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship to empower entrepreneurs and support entrepreneurship and innovation.
The document was signed on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in the presence of the Minister of Energy, Abdulaziz bin Salman, the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Alkhorayef, and the CEO of Modon, Majed Al-Argoubi, according to the official statement.
The agreement aims to develop industrial and technological innovation, enable and support entrepreneurs, and integrate AI and robotics technologies. Together, both entities will launch specialized incubators and accelerators in artificial intelligence, robotics, and energy, aiming to enhance technology zones in Saudi Arabia.
This collaboration targets qualifying specialized national human cadres, ultimately achieving the goals of the National Industry Strategy and the Saudi Vision 2030.
Saudi Arabia participated as the Guest of Honor at the 29th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), which took place from 3 to 6 June in St. Petersburg, Russia. This participation enabled the Kingdom to present its investment, export, and tourism potential, establish new business contacts, and exchange experiences at its pavilion, which hosted special sessions, business negotiations, and a rich cultural program.
