Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. announced the signing of a new strategic agreement with Fly Khiva Group LLC to provide integrated air cargo ground handling services in Saudi Arabia.

Under the agreement, SAL’s cargo ground handling division will deliver a range of operational services, including cargo handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and ramp operations, to support Fly Khiva’s flights and ensure the smooth flow of its operations across the Kingdom.

The company said in its announcement on Tadawul that the contract, signed on June 9, is renewable annually and does not have a fixed value, with services to be provided on demand according to agreed pricing terms.

SAL noted that the partnership aligns with its strategy to enhance service efficiency and reliability while expanding its integrated air cargo handling portfolio. The company expects the agreement to have a positive impact on its financial results over the contract period and confirmed that no related parties are involved in the deal.
