
Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi-based InsurTech startup DESAISIV announced it has launched an AI Insurance Agent designed to help medium and large enterprises automate and optimize corporate insurance management, while opening an $8 million funding round to support its next phase of growth.
As reported by Wamda, the funding will be used to accelerate AI research and development, expand its enterprise product portfolio, strengthen strategic partnerships, and scale commercial operations.
The startup plans to expand beyond corporate health insurance into motor, leasing, and general insurance while targeting more than SAR 10 billion in insurance premiums processed through its platform, positioning itself as an AI infrastructure provider for enterprise insurance across the region.
Founded in 2023 by Mohammad Nabhan and Saed Khawaldeh, DESAISIV provides AI-powered insurance solutions that streamline policy management, pricing analysis, premium negotiations, and risk optimization. The new platform uses agentic AI to automate complex insurance processes and deliver real-time insights, enabling businesses to make faster and more informed decisions.
DESAISIV currently serves more than 600 corporate clients, works with 18 insurance brokers and insurers, and manages a corporate insurance portfolio exceeding SAR 2 billion.
