
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Roshn Group, the Saudi national real estate developer, concluded an agreement with Dawiyat Integrated company, on the sidelines of Cityscape Global expo, to develop the digital infrastructure of Roshn’s projects in Mecca province.
The agreement was signed by the acting CEO of Dawiyat Integrated, Saleh Alowain, and David Grover, the CEO of Roshn Group.
Dawiyat Integrated, wholly-owned by the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), was founded in 2009 with the aim of providing integrated telecom services and improving quality, reliability and speed of broadband services and IP Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, aligning with the Kingdom Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Program 2020.
Roshn is the leading Saudi real estate developer powered by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) that aims at delivering high quality communities to the Saudi citizens, driven by the Vision 2030 goal of 70% home ownership in Saudi Arabia.
Cityscape Global expo is taking place in Riyadh from 10 to 13 September with the title “The Future of Living” in Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center, with the participation of more than 170 countries and 2,000 investors. It welcomes buyers, investors, designers and real estate experts from around the world.
