Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Wasalt, the Saudi online real estate platform, obtained a license from the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (infath) to hold and manage electronic and hybrid real estate auctions, the platform announced in a press release.
The new license will enable Wasalt to offer various services and improve the transparency and efficiency of the real estate auction process in the Kingdom.
Through the license, Wasalt will also be able to list auctions assigned by infath on its platform, in addition to facilitating the process of selling fixed assets, and engaging in marketing and advertising as required by the sales process.
Ziad El Chaar, the Vice Chairman at Wasalt, stated: “Today, with this accreditation from infath, Wasalt has further reaffirmed its leadership position, in offering seamless and specialized services, which ultimately results in a dynamic and distinctive auction experience.”
Wasalt offers a variety of online services for buying, selling, and renting properties across the Kingdom. It aims to provide users with a convenient and unique action experience.
Infath is a governmental center that seeks to establish cooperation between the judicial and governmental entities in areas of liquidations, sales and other assets that are not subjected to a current legal dispute.
