
Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Fas Real Estate Company, a member of Fawaz Alhokair, plans to inject new investments worth $1.5 billion into the Egyptian market in 2024, Turki Alhokair, CEO of Fas Real Estate Company, announced.
The current investments of Fas Real Estate in Egypt are estimated at around $5 billion, the CEO stated in an interview with Asharq Bloomberg.
Alhokair added that the new investments will cover various sectors, including energy, real estate, and infrastructure.
FAS has extensive project staff and equipment that enable it to tackle projects effectively and promptly, in addition to well-trained and supported management and supervisory teams.
On the other side, Bandar Al Ameri, Chairman of the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council, revealed that 7,000 Saudi companies are working in the Egyptian private sector with investments exceeding $35 billion.
Moreover, Al Ameri noted that the Saudi-Egyptian trade exchange surpassed SAR 60 billion.
