Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Governor of the Aseer Region Turki Abdulaziz Al Saud launched the operations of Aseer Investment Company (AIC) during the Private Sector Forum 2024 held by the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Aseer Investment Company, owned by the PIF, targets transforming the region into a year-round tourist destination and unlocking investment opportunities for local, regional, and international partners across multiple sectors.
During the forum, AIC signed partnership agreements and memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with several entities in the private sector, including a long-term agreement with the Municipality of Aseer.
The Private Sector Forum 2024 takes place from 6 to 7 February with the participation of more than 80 PIF portfolio companies and over 20 public sector leaders.
The two-day forum serves as a platform for collaboration, unveiling new opportunities, and empowering the private sector to spearhead economic growth and achieve national goals.
It features panel discussions and fireside chats on key themes with Ministers, PIF, portfolio companies, and private sector leaders and fireside chats with Ministers and giga-project CEOs.
