Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Saudi logistics startup Pieship closed a pre-seed investment round with participation from SEEDRA Ventures, Nama Ventures, and angel investors, a recent statement unveiled.
The startup did not reveal the round’s value.
Founded in 2023, Pieship specializes in warehouse management solutions and provides technical solutions for logistics services.
Nasser Alharthi, Founder and CEO of Pieship, stated that the startup provides innovative solutions in the logistics sector to scale the last-mile delivery companies' experience.
“PIESHIP has also enabled delivery companies to increase the efficiency of delivery representatives by creating an effective competitive environment among employees,” Alharthi added.
Meanwhile, Haitham Alforaih, Co-founder and CEO of SEEDRA Ventures, said: “We are confident that PIESHIP is well-positioned to provide the best technical solutions to help logistics companies keep pace with the market."
It should be noted that PIESHIP participated in the first cohort of the National Technology Development Program's (NTDP) MVPlab initiative and earned a spot among the top 20 projects.
