WalaOne partners with Mokafaa loyalty program

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi-based WalaOne entered into a strategic partnership with Mokafaa, the flagship loyalty program of Al Rajhi Bank, to provide its services for Mokafaa’s clients, a recent statement revealed.

According to the partnership, Mokafaa’s clients will earn five points per SAR 1 when they charge WalaOne wallet using Apple Pay or any bank card. Additionally, they will be able to charge WalaOne wallet using the earned points.

Rayan Jameel, CEO of WalaPlus, expressed enthusiasm for partnering with Al Rajhi Bank, adding that the company’s clientele includes more than 3,000 clients.

For his part, Abdullah Al Jabr, Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at Al Rajhi Bank, stated that the bank and its affiliates are dedicated to providing more distinctive options for their customers.

WalaPlus is a provider of innovative employee well-being solutions that aim to empower organizations and individuals to realize the full potential of their workforce.

It has a range of innovative incentive products, including WalaOffer, WalaOne, WalaBravo, WalaPioneer, WalaActive, and WalaElite.
