Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Investments (MISA) concluded several memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with local and global entities to enhance the Saudi sports sector, on the sidelines of the Formula 1 event.
In a statement, the ministry revealed its agreement with Liverpool International Academy to establish sports academies in Saudi Arabia, in addition to another agreement with Sport Yard to expand and increase sports academies across the Kingdom.
CSM, the global sports and entertainment agency, inked an MoU with the ministry to open a regional headquarters and expand sports marketing services in the Kingdom.
Abdullah Al Othaim Investments Company also signed an MoU with the ministry to establish Al-Othaim Sports Company in the Kingdom.
In a move to bolster ski sports in the Kingdom, MISA signed separate MoUs with Neveplast and World Wide Ice Sport and Entertainment to establish ski resorts, facilities, and centers in the Kingdom.
Moreover, the ministry signed other agreements that aimed to enhance sports consulting services, expand sports business support services, broaden sports human resources services, and establish luxurious sports facilities and centers in the Kingdom.
