Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Cayan Group, a leading real estate developer, signed an agreement with Hilton to build the second Hampton by Hilton hotel in the Neom community, the group announced in a press release.
Under this agreement, Cayan will fully fund and develop a 201-room Hampton by Hilton hotel in the Neom community to meet the growing construction demand.
The signing ceremony was held on the sidelines of the International Hospitality Investment Forum (IHIF) in the attendance of Ahmed Alhatti, Chairman of Cayan Group, and Chris Nassetta, President and CEO of Hilton.
The hotel is scheduled to open in early 2025 and will feature thoughtful amenities and interiors that the Hampton by Hilton brand is known for.
Commenting on this partnership, Alhatti said: “Further to the recent opening of Hampton by Hilton Sharma at Neom’s community site, we are excited to continue with our participation of being part of this visionary and unique project alongside Hilton, our globally recognized hospitality partner.”
Meanwhile, Carlos Khneisser, Vice President of Development for Hilton in the Middle East and Africa, stated: “We’re delighted to be working again with Cayan Group to add another great Hampton by Hilton to our growing portfolio in Saudi Arabia. This signing asserts Hilton’s longstanding commitment to the growth of the tourism sector in the Kingdom.”
