Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi real estate developer National Housing Company (NHC) successfully concluded the Real Estate Supply Chain Forum that took place on 20 and 21 May.
During the event, NHC signed 77 agreements, including five memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to establish industrial zones, 20 agreements with companies aiming to invest in industrial zones, and 23 agreements for open purchase.
Around 30 local and global exhibitors participated in the event to showcase their services and building materials.
Under the auspices of the Saudi Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing Majed Al Hogail, the forum aimed to foster cooperation and forge qualitative partnerships with major services providers to boost the growth of the real estate sector and launch more integrated housing projects.
It gathered several local and international companies, consultants, contractors, and manufacturers to explore promising cooperation opportunities and discover various future projects and ambitious strategies.
Moreover, it provided deep and detailed insights into diverse fields and offered an overview of the construction, real estate, and investment sectors.
