Riyadh – Sharikat Mubasher: The Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (Solutions) announced signing a contract with Saudi Telecom Company (stc) to execute the project of establishing and developing the internet and communications networks for stc.

According to the company’s announcement on Tadawul, Solutions will execute the project of establishing and developing the internet and communications networks for stc, as the scope of work includes expanding of internal internet network, expanding of new NEs and expansion of existing Nes, and expanding of internet services projects, that serves the business units of stc.

Solutions noted that the financial impact on the company's financial statements will appear starting from the 1st quarter of the year 2025.

Worth mentioning, stc is considered the largest shareholder with an ownership of 79% of solutions shares.
