Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: In an interview with Sharikat Mubasher, Mohammed Korshom, Co-Founder & CEO at Wfrley said that the company is involved with introducing the most innovative solutions to address challenges that may face e-commerce companies working within the Kingdom. In this context, Wfrley relies on AI techs in order to increase sales by not less than 30%.
The official made his remarks on the sidelines of the Seamless Saudi Arabia 2024 Conference, which runs in Riyadh City from 22 to 24 October.
Korshom pointed out the most recurring challenges that face the E-commerce sector in Saudi Arabia, encapsulated in the unavailability of some logistics services, the inability of small and medium vendors to secure a proper spot for themselves in the market, and the lack of trust of some clients in some e-commerce platforms.
On the other hand, Korshom revealed that the company collaborated with 900 vendors last year, contributing to increasing their sales. He continued that Wfrley followed its expansion plans in Africa by opening its Egypt branch, hoping to be able to expand into new markets so that it can help position the Kingdom as a regional tech hub for other countries as part of Vision 2030.
Speaking of future plans, Korshom revealed that Wfrley eyes to collaborate with 10,000 vendors in 2025, as well as signing partnerships with fintech suppliers to create an added-value factor for small and medium vendors and consequently increase their sales by 30% minimum.
Wfrley is spearheading the next generation of commerce with a number of white-label, AI-driven SaaS solutions that empower merchants by integrating inventory management, POS systems, e-commerce, and logistics into a single, seamless platform. Wfrley offers customizable white-label solutions that allow businesses to maintain their own branding while benefiting from advanced technological capabilities.
