Riyadh - Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Brooch, a real estate platform based in Riyadh, plans to forge a strategic partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC) to redefine and develop the property technology (proptech) sector, Founder and CEO Turki Alyahya revealed in an interview with Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of Biban 2024.

He noted that Brooch provides an office management product that was designed to manage contracts, properties, offices, and tenants easily through a customizable dashboard including all information about the properties.

Alyahya noted that the Brooch platform enables users to sign contracts electronically, in collaboration with the Ejar platform.

The official elaborated that Brooch launched its first product for property owners and plans to launch two new products within the upcoming period. One of the new products will focus on facility management, while the other will be dedicated to marketing and sales, Alyahya stated.

He further said that Biban 2024 represents a great opportunity for Brooch to reach more clients and attract new subscribers.

Brooch is a tech platform that aims to drive digital transformation in the Saudi real estate sector through its diverse services tailored for owners, property managers, and tenants.

Biban 2024, organized by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), convened in Riyadh from 5 to 9 November, with the participation of more than 1,350 local and international exhibitors, over 250 speakers, and more than 150 enablement entities from around the world.

It targeted creating a stimulating environment, raising administrative, financial, and technical competencies, and motivating the owners of ideas to launch their projects by allowing them to meet with local and global experts and share knowledge with key decision-makers and investors.

The event focused on empowering the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia through nine doors: Enablement Door, Fast-growing Enterprises Door, Funding and Investment Door, Startup Door, Innovation Door, E-commerce Door, Franchise Door, Market Door, and Start Door.
