Cairo - Sharikat Mubasher: Youth, the first student discount application in Egypt, raised EGP 1 million (around $20,000) in funding through the student entrepreneurship show, Gen-Z, the startup announced in a statement.
With more than 60 brand partnerships, the Youth application provides students with exclusive discounts in various sectors including fitness, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
This funding came as part of a broader initiative led by the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Innovators Support Fund (ISF), and United Media Services.
