Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: Stake, a leading global digital real estate investment platform in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, revolutionized Saudi Arabia’s real estate market by opening its doors to international investors.

Stake’s inaugural investment opportunity in the Kingdom attracted over 3,500 investors from more than 100 nationalities and over 70 countries, with 46.4% of investors residing in the Kingdom, according to a recent report released by the platform.

This milestone is a testament to the platform’s international appeal and accessibility and marks a pivotal shift in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector, positioning the Kingdom as a global investment hub.

There has been a significant participation from neighboring countries such as the UAE (17.57%) followed by Kuwait (8.47%), and key international markets such as the UK (4.18%), and the US and Canada (2.43%).

In December, Stake officially launched its operations in Saudi Arabia after raising a $14 million series A round to become the first platform regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to enable global participation in Shariah-compliant Saudi real estate investment opportunities.

Along with its expansive reach across these countries, the platform has attracted a wide range of nationalities. Saudi Arabia holds the most prominent share (30.9%), followed by Pakistan (8.39%), closely followed by India (7.65%), and Kuwait (7.48%).

Hanouf Saeed, General Manager of Stake Saudi, commented: “By bridging international capital with high-growth Saudi real estate investment opportunities, we are not just democratizing property investing, we are helping reshape the Kingdom’s global economic narrative.”

Since its launch in 2021, Stake has built an international community of over 900,000 users spanning 206 nationalities. It is poised to expand its impact in Saudi Arabia and beyond, backed by top-tier investors such as Aramco’s Wa’ed Ventures, and Mubadala Investment Company.
