Riyadh – Exclusive Sharikat Mubasher: Saad Al Dosari, Chief Executive Officer of OFFTO said that OFFTO is the first online platform for travel experience exchange that offers a 5% discount for each traveler who submits his review on it.
Speaking to Sharikat Mubasher on the sidelines of the LEAP 2025 Conference, which is taking place at Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre, Al Dosari added that the platform mainly relies on AI techs for pricing and customer service operations, in addition to travel package designing including ticketing and hotel reservations.
About participating in LEAP 2025, Al Dosari revealed that he’s present to launch the first chatbot that would assist clients with booking their trips through direct links without any human interference.
Al Dosari asserted that AI techs hugely contributed to elevating the Customer Service experience in terms of swift responding and friendly communication with clients, adding that AI is an inevitable trend that is widely used among businesses nowadays. Al Dosari further said that AI techs helped enhance the company’s presence granting it broader access to a bigger audience, in addition to increasing its profitability.
