
Dubai - Sharikat Mubasher: The beaconsmind Group, a leading Swiss technology company, successfully completed the acquisition of the Dubai-based travel content platform Lokalee for $12.8 million.
This acquisition will enable beaconsmind Group to expand its services in the B2B sector and gain access to innovative technology for personalized lifestyle recommendations, events, and activities, the company announced in a press release yesterday.
This milestone will also help Lokalee provide more comprehensive and efficient solutions to its partners, extend services to new markets, and foster an environment ripe for innovation.
